Our Return Policy

At Legacy Laser Designs, LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies provided the item has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. Additional eligibility criteria are outlined below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.

Request a Return

To initiate a return, please request through our designated returns process. Any warranty exchanges must be requested separately. For information on our warranty policy and to submit a claim, visit our warranty page.

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Contact our Customer Service Team by email at Sales@LegacyLaserDesigns.com

  • All returns must be related to a LegacyLaserDesigns.com order.

  • All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All returns must be processed within 30 days* of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

  • All returns must include the provided packing slip.

  • Returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you don’t have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • *Please note: Orders placed between specific promotional dates may have an extended return window.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days, potentially longer during peak periods, and returned to the original payment method(s). We do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products, except where a Legacy Laser Designs, LLC merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase.

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, is required for all returns.

  • Original shipping costs and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for free return shipping.

  • For exchanges, return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on LegacyLaserDesigns.com for the correct item.

  • We do not offer price matching with dealers or competitors.

Shipping Your Return

Follow these guidelines for shipping your return:

  • Securely pack your item to prevent damage during transit.

  • Use either the original packaging or your own, ensuring all old tracking numbers are removed.

  • Include any related paperwork, such as your RMA number or original order number, inside the box (do not write on the product itself).

  • Attach the provided return label to the package securely. Keep a copy of your drop-off receipt.

  • If using your own shipper, include the order information or RMA number inside the box and select a service with package tracking. Keep the tracking number for your records. Additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
